Retry Summon comes before account resets

The free Retry Summon is the first place to make a starting choice. Gacha.gg’s launch guide reports a ten-pull with one guaranteed four-star and repeatable redraws. Its starting suggestions include Ichigo and Toshiro. A redraw within this summon and restarting an account are different actions.

The workflow below is an attributed launch report checked October 30, 2026. We have not installed or tested the game.

1. Finish the opening battle tutorial.
2. Use the free Retry Summon and review your result before confirming.
3. Complete avatar setup, then return to the home screen.
4. Check the Gift Box and the current banner details before spending the rewards.
5. Decide whether your starting roster is enough to begin playing.

Gacha.gg reports 9,000 launch Mirror Gems and Aizen as a launch banner target. Availability and rewards can change; the current in-game banner notice takes precedence.

Can the Retry Summon give two four-stars?

MeowDB reports one guaranteed four-star slot and says the remaining slots cannot produce a second four-star. Some launch articles recommend chasing two; we do not recommend following that conflicting advice. Read the current summon details before spending time redrawing. The free Retry Summon and a separate gem banner have different pools and rules.

How to start over: the official Android instructions

Bandai Namco’s Android support FAQ documents a Delete User Data option on the title screen. This supersedes launch articles that say the reset method is unknown or requires reinstalling. We have checked the official instructions, but have not tested the reset in the game.

1. On the title screen, open the three-line menu in the bottom-right corner to reach Support.
2. Select Delete User Data.
3. Enter the six-digit number displayed on that screen.
4. Read the deletion notice. Only if you intend to discard that progress, check the Delete User Data box and select OK.

This is a destructive account restart, not another free redraw. Follow the current app’s wording and platform-specific support. Do not erase progress you want to keep just to chase a summon.

Do not use uninstalling as an account-backup plan

The official FAQ says uninstalling removes login data. Without data transfer set up, continuing the old save may not be possible, and support generally cannot restore login data lost this way. Set up and check data transfer before removing the app if you want to keep your progress.

Accepting a useful Retry Summon result is a reasonable stopping point. Set a time limit before chasing another character; no guide can guarantee a summon result.
