Official downloads are for mobile
As checked on October 30, 2026, the official English website lists the App Store and Google Play. It does not list a native Windows, macOS or Steam download. That is a statement about the official platform list at this check date, not a prediction about future releases.
Download from the official stores
The official site notes that some devices are unsupported. Check the store listing on your device for current region and compatibility information. The game is free to download with in-game purchases and loot boxes.
What about Android emulators?
LDPlayer publishes a Mirrors High PC installation page. Its route is to install its Android emulator, open Google Play inside it, then find and install the game from the store. MuMu also publishes emulator guidance. These are vendor-reported routes, not a native Windows release from Bandai Namco.
We have not tested emulator compatibility, controls, performance or account support. Vendor claims about frame rates are not verified here. If you choose this route, use the vendor’s own site and the official Google Play listing; a separate game APK is not needed for the described store-based workflow.
Official recommended mobile requirements
Bandai Namco’s support FAQ labels these as recommended requirements, dated August 2026. They are not PC hardware specifications.
| Platform | Recommended OS | RAM |
|---|---|---|
| iOS | iOS 17.0 | 4 GB or more |
| Android | Android 12.0 | 6 GB or more |
The FAQ excludes guaranteed operation on iPhone XS and XS Max. It also says meeting the requirements does not guarantee operation on every device or environment. The App Store listing currently requires iOS 17 or later.
If installation or login fails
- Check the official store on your device for availability and compatibility.
- For an emulator-only failure, check that vendor’s current support; the mobile requirements do not certify an emulator.
- Before reinstalling, confirm your account transfer setup. Official support says uninstalling removes login data.
- Use Bandai Namco’s support index for game account issues rather than assuming an emulator change will recover a save.
Once you can play, the Retry Summon guide explains your first roster choice and the separate account-reset process.
